How to Complete Identity Verification (KYC)?

Step 1: Go to https://www.x.group/ and log in to your account. Navigate to the User Center and click on 'Identity Verification.'

Step 2: Choose your country/region from the drop-down list and click 'Verify Now.' Then, click on 'Switch to entity verification.'

Step 3: Click 'Verify Now.' Make sure you have all the necessary documents ready before clicking 'Start authentication.'

Step 4: Fill in the required Base Information and Member Information. Upload the necessary documents for Enterprise Qualification.

Note: Review all details carefully and click 'Save to continue' before proceeding to the next sections.

Step 5: Once you've submitted your application successfully, the review process will take approximately 7 business days. You will be notified through an internal notification or email once the review is complete.
