XTrust System Upgrade & Maintenance Notice

XTrust will undergo a scheduled system upgrade starting November 29, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC). To ensure the security of user assets, affected functions will be temporarily suspended during the upgrade. The maintenance is expected to last approximately 10 hours (the exact recovery time will be subject to actual completion).

1.1 Scope of Impact
During the maintenance period, the following functions will be unavailable:

• User login and registration
• Deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers
• Spot and futures trading (including opening/closing positions, order cancellation, stop-loss/take-profit, etc.)
• Earn, Loans, and Payments
• Marketing campaigns
• Partner backend features

1.2 Risk Advisory

• The platform will not perform forced order cancellations or position closures during the maintenance.
• To avoid potential risks from market volatility, we recommend assessing your margin balance and risk ratio in advance, and consider closing positions or adding margin to reduce exposure.

1.3 Additional Notes

• The estimated maintenance duration may be adjusted based on actual circumstances.
• You can stay updated through XTrust official announcements, Telegram community, or online customer support.
• Users will be notified immediately after the upgrade is completed to ensure asset security and a smooth trading experience.
