How to check my transaction on:
- Ethereum (ERC20): Explorer 1, Explorer 2
- XTrust Smart Chain (XSC): Explorer
- Bitcoin Network (BTC): Explorer
- Tron Network (TRC20): Explorer 1, Explorer 2
If you do not see or receive the funds in your account, check the transaction status on the blockchain using the transaction ID (TxID).
For example, if you’re depositing or withdrawing via the XTrust platform, log in to the XTrust website, go to 【Funds】-【Spot】-【Fund Records】, find the deposit/withdrawal record to check the status details, and access the transaction hash for further inquiry.
Depending on the network used for the transfer, you’ll be directed to the corresponding blockchain explorer. For instance:
Ethereum (ERC20) transfers lead to an Ethereum-supported explorer.
XTrust Smart Chain (XSC) transfers lead to the XSC explorer.
Below are examples of common blockchain transaction statuses:
1. Checking Ethereum(ERC20) and XTrust Smart Chain(XSC) transaction status
Note: Since Ethereum and XSC display similar deposit/withdrawal statuses, the following examples can be used as a reference for both networks.
(1) "Success" shown in "Status", indicating that the transfer is successful. You can check the recipient or destination platform for the funds.
(2) "Fail (failure)" shown in "Status", indicating that the transfer failed.
You need to contact the sender or the platform initiating the withdrawal (e.g., if transferring to XTrust fails, contact the source platform; if withdrawing from XTrust fails, contact XTrust support).
2. Checking Bitcoin Network transaction status
The image below shows the transaction status on the Bitcoin blockchain, indicating the minimum number of confirmations required for completion. For example, a BTC transfer needs more than 6 confirmations to be fully confirmed. If it’s currently at 1 confirmation, the transfer isn’t complete yet (note: confirmation numbers may vary). Please wait patiently if it’s not fully confirmed.
Once fully confirmed (As shown below), you can check the recipient or deposit platform for the funds.
3. Checking Tron Network(TRC20) transaction status
If the transaction status is “CONFIRMED” but the result is “FAIL”, it means that the transaction has been completed, but the funds cannot be credited to the recipient’s address. Please contact the sender or the withdrawal platform for assistance.
If the status is “CONFIRMED” and the result is “SUCCESS”, it means the transfer is successful. You can verify the funds in the recipient or target account.
