1. How to apply for an XTrust Card
Visit the XTrust Card page and click on "Activate Now".
Click on "I have read".
Click on "Confirm Activation".
Proceed to the information page.
2. Where to fill in the Mailing Address
After successful activation, please follow the on-screen instructions to fill in the required information. To ensure your card benefits, it is essential to provide accurate and valid information.
Once the information is completed, XTrust will mail the XTrust Card to your registered address. The card is expected to arrive within 30 days. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping service in your area.
3. How to activate an XTrust Card
Upon receiving your XTrust Card, visit the XTrust Card activation page. Click on "Activate Card," enter the card number and expiration date, and upload images of both the front and back of the card. After clicking "Confirm," please wait patiently for XTrust to review and process your activation.
Once the card is activated, its status will be displayed as "Activated."
4. How to Complete KYC Verification
After activation, please click on "KYC" and follow the prompts to complete the required information.
Note: KYC verification must be completed before you can proceed with topping up. This step is mandatory.
After filling in the information, please click the "Confirm" button to submit successfully.

5. How to top up the XTrust Card
After completing KYC, click the "Top Up" button. On this page, enter your desired top-up amount and click "Confirm".

6. How to view transaction Records
After the recharge is successful, you can view the recharge details and progress in the bill. Each transaction record will be displayed in the bill.
