How to Cancel Your XTrust P2P Merchant Verification?

If you wish to withdraw from the XTrust P2P Merchant Program, please follow the steps below to cancel your merchant status:

Step 1: Go to the P2P Merchant Page
Log in to your XTrust account, click [Buy Crypto] in the top navigation bar, then select [P2P Trading].

Step 2: Click "Cancel Verification"
On the P2P page, click the [Merchant Application] button at the top right to enter the merchant application page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click [Cancel Verification].

Step 3: Confirm Cancellation
A confirmation window will pop up, asking if you're sure about canceling your merchant verification.
Please note: Once canceled, if you wish to become a merchant again in the future, you must resubmit all required documents for verification. Click [Confirm] to proceed.
Tip: It’s highly recommended that you remove all ads and complete any pending orders before canceling, to avoid disruption or disputes.

Step 4: Cancellation Complete
After completing the steps above, your merchant identity will be revoked. Your account will revert to a regular user status, and you will no longer be able to post or accept P2P orders.
